A Cooperative Economy - Ecological Ethical and Eclectic

i wish to affirm a new culture developing every moment...
we are very fortunate to be aware and interested in this.

in short, i hear this voice and message calling...
witness and consent to shared values and authentic activity.

a contribution, once known, re-states the all too obvious.
Yes, please feel free to take what you want from this...

A.

an ecological ethical eclectic intentional cooperative.
a producers and consumers cooperative in dynamic harmony.

members supply and draw funds in an ongoing agreement.
cooperation aims to benefit both members and non members.

active membership participation is a democratic and ethical
supplying and consuming of any kind of cooperative resource.

cooperative resources such as residency, sustenance and health
are firmly placed in relation to education and free expression.

B.

significant concerns are openly sourced, discussed and
demonstrated by independent or cooperative initiatives
where ongoing well being agreements look toward consensus.

membership activity is of personal and cooperative concern.

activity records and acceptable use policies are fundamental.
privacy under such circumstances is a core compliment value.

to have relevant, understandable information and agreement
the cooperative must develop reliable quality representation.

freedom to cooperate is relative to the freedom to withdraw.
therefore support for membership entry and branching away.

if membership activity lapses from agreeable participation;
the process of exiting membership is to be fully supported.

C.

The essence of the cooperative is a spirit of shared values.
The significance of values are found in membership activity.
Clothing, sustenance, residency etc empower a living culture.

activity is considered in various scales of time and place.
the cooperative is an eclectic culture among other cultures.

to assist in balancing influences in this greater diversity
cooperation will form flexible guidelines in that support.

Affirmation of personal, local and pragmatic proximity,
landscape and climate, natural seasons and moon cycles
and days, weeks, 7 weeks, 49 weeks, 7 years, 49 years.

cooperation involves sustaining guidelines and agreements.
cooperative activity will sustain differences and relate.

D.

to assist development of organizational cooperative resources
deposits and withdrawals will be guided by scale boundaries.

where by funds supplied by members to the coop will be available
for re-activity by members in time cycles and proximity scales.

for example if a member deposits $80 each day that member can
then withdraw $80 each day under coop acceptable use policies.

The member may choose to withdraw less than the full amount
each day but then must wait till the evening of the 7th day
to withdraw or if not withdrawing the full amount that week must
wait for the 7th week or if not then must wait till the 49th week
or if not then must wait till the 7th year or if not then till the
49th year to withdraw the full amount of deposits made prior.

evening to sunset extends the boundary of the 6th with the 7th,
and the cycle of 49 is extended with the lunar and solar cycles.

the larger scales support the smaller local and personal scale.
each member and local cooperative stands witness and consentient.
The authority of the cooperative is co-founded on this intention.

E.

cooperation aims to develop internal trading, self governance,
asset maintenance and export eco-ethical services and goods.

invitations to non members to cooperate or join is a core value.
to nurture an eco-sustainable economy is a core complement value.

cooperation aims to offer cost savings by removing exploitive
interest on asset loans and currency dividends from surplus.

knowledge services will be service costed without a royalty.
the knowledge will be available under open source licenses.

Service renumeration incentives are carried by a sustainable
culture of upward mobility and democratic ethical proportions.

While respect for pre-existing lawful agreements will be honored.
Policy can resolve exploitive access and distribution practices.

F.

the cooperative aims to free and release members from coercion.
it intends to play an important role in the wider eco-society.

membership benefits are an eco-ethical-eclectic responsibility.
making those benefits available to non-members is a core value.

growing saving rebates, asset growth and a growing influence
are democratically entrusted to the entire membership equally.

Information Transparency within and outwardly is a core value.
Valued quality membership activity is a factor above quantity.

The sustainability of small scale is as valuable as the large.
Democratic process towards large consensus begins with small.

Use of cooperative resources is as important as its creation.

G.

i wish to affirm a new culture developing every moment...
we are very fortunate to be aware and interested in this.

in short, i hear this voice and message calling...
witness and consent to shared values and authentic activity.

a contribution, once known, re-states the all too obvious.
Yes, please feel free to take what you want from this...

This document ends here with a hearty wish of good luck to you.

17/12/2003
(while we still use the Gregorian calendar...)
in response to good intention frustrated by over projection.
(which i understand as i experience an overly active psyche.)
